This privacy policy applies to all mobile and desktop applications developed by Noman Sheikh (hereby referred to as "Service Provider" or "we"), covering Android, iOS, and macOS platforms. These applications are provided as free services and are intended for use "AS IS".
Overview
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your data. This policy explains what information our applications collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
Information We Collect
Our applications collect the following types of data to provide and improve our services:
Device Identifiers
- Android Advertising ID (AAID) or Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) - A unique, user-resettable identifier for advertising purposes
- Android ID or Apple Vendor ID (IDFV) - Device identifier
- Instance ID - App installation identifier
Technical and Usage Data
- Device type and manufacturer
- Operating system version
- App performance metrics
- Crash logs and diagnostic information
- App usage statistics (screens visited, time spent)
- Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address)
Important: Our applications do not collect precise location data, and we do not gather information about your exact geographic location.
How We Use Your Information
The collected data is used for the following purposes:
- Personalized Advertising: We use your device's advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA) to show you relevant ads through Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network
- App Analytics: Understanding how users interact with our apps to improve features and user experience
- Crash Reporting: Identifying and fixing bugs to ensure app stability
- Performance Monitoring: Measuring app performance to optimize speed and reliability
Data Privacy and Non-Linkage
Your privacy is important to us. We want to be clear about how we handle your data:
- Advertising identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA) are NOT linked to any personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address
- Data collected is used solely for advertising, analytics, and app improvement purposes
- We do not sell your data to third parties
- All data is anonymized and aggregated whenever possible
App Tracking Transparency (iOS)
On iOS 14.5 and later, our applications use Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. Before any tracking or collection of your IDFA, we will request your permission through a system prompt.
- If you allow tracking, we may use your IDFA to deliver personalized ads and measure ad effectiveness
- If you deny tracking, we will not access your IDFA and ads shown will not be personalized to you. Core app functionality is not affected by your choice
You can change your tracking preference at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your iOS device.
Third-Party Services
Our applications use the following third-party services to function properly. Each service has its own privacy policy:
- Google Play Services - Core Android services
- Google AdMob - Advertising platform for displaying ads
- Meta Audience Network - Advertising platform for displaying ads from Meta (Facebook)
- Firebase Analytics - Usage analytics and insights
- Firebase Crashlytics - Crash reporting and diagnostics
- Firebase Performance - App performance monitoring
- Apple StoreKit - In-app purchase and subscription management (iOS/macOS)
These services automatically collect and process data as described in their respective privacy policies. The advertising platforms (Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network) may collect and use your advertising identifier to deliver personalized ads. We only share anonymized, aggregated data with these services to improve our applications.
Purchase Data
If our applications offer in-app purchases or subscriptions, we may collect purchase history and transaction data through Apple StoreKit (iOS/macOS) or Google Play Billing (Android). This data is used solely for:
- Validating and fulfilling your purchases
- Managing subscription status and entitlements
- Resolving billing issues and providing customer support
Purchase data is not shared with third parties beyond what is required by the respective platform (Apple or Google) for transaction processing.
Data Disclosure
We may disclose collected information only in the following circumstances:
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process
- Safety and Rights Protection: When we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud
- Trusted Service Providers: With service providers who work on our behalf, do not have independent use of the information, and have agreed to adhere to this privacy policy
